Job Requirement

- Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology, Networking, or related disciplines
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Assistant Engineer position.
- Must be a team player and self-motivated.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Shift duty (24/7) is required.

Job Tasks

- Perform shift duties (24/7) and outdoor work as required (allowance provided)
- Deliver second-tier network support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
- Provide remote and on-site support for customers’ network equipment issues.
- Manage technical tickets for all incidents and network failures.
- Support various network devices and services (including routers, switches, and firewalls)
- Provide field support as needed for network equipment troubleshooting and emergency diagnostics.
- Availability to work outside of office hours and perform call-out duties as needed (allowance provided)
